Biographical Info:
During the past 25 years, Mark has defined and managed the identities for brands large and small. In all that time he claims to have learned only one thing; real insight rarely comes from more information or late night epiphanies but from being sensitive enough to hear the truth (and honest enough not to alter it) when it comes to your customer’s relationship with your brand. Mark has been a careful listener for clients including; AT&T, R.J. Reynolds, Chase, the New York City Department of Education, and Allied Domecq - to name a few.
Mark has an MBA from U. Mass and lives in New York with his wife and three really cool kids.
